Products purchased that are software, downloadable or labor related are NOT refundable since they are already supplied.
Website Refund Policy
Business In The Black build and installs software on a server in the clients own name at the time of website construction. Labor for installation of software and modules are not refundable for the labor is performed already.
By purchasing any of our products you are agreeing to our refund policy and terms of service.
There are three things that are charged for and can be refunded before they are performed or purchased in case of hosting:
1 – Hosting can be refunded if we get the request before we purchase it in your name. Hosting with BIB is $99 a year and paid for in advance for the client and this is not refundable once setup. Domain names are $13 ( plus PayPal Fees) and cannot be refunded once purchased for the client and included in all our package.
2 – Third Party CMS software installation and setup cost $100 and can only be refunded if you contact us before the installation process begins.
3 – Any Plugins like eCommerce / shopping carts or other features once installed cannot be refunded since the work is performed already and the labor is already performed.
4 – Training is Free on Sundays and Mondays online at 7pm to 9pm via Live Webinar with or without being a client of BIB. There is no guarantee that voice to voice training will be performed by any one person at any one time due to the amount of business requiring website services. If you need one-on-one training outside the normal training listed in the package it would be at a charge of $35 per hour via phone or in the office if local to Dallas, TX.
5 – We do not refund for services we give you for free or help in customizations of modules and themes. Custom themes are valued at $75 each and cannot be refunded or resold by Business In The Black but can be sold by you if you like.
6 – There is no refund for a website not doing what you want it to do since our sites are based on CMS (Content Management Systems) which means that you are responsible for your own content.
7– Business In The Black is not responsible for yearly registration for Domain Names that are registered by a third party.
HACKED SITES From time to time sites get hacked for one reason or another. BIB is not responsible for rebuilding sites that get hacked or damaged by the client or others, however we can assist you on getting the system back up and running again. If a site needs to be rebuilt there is a basic $50 charge for labor but adding pages would have to be negotiated on.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims – All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

Refunds take 2-5 days to process from the time of approval. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy.
